I know what it’s like to over give and feel drained.
For years, I found myself constantly taking care of everyone else at work, at home, and even in my relationships. I was, pushing my own needs aside, and feeling frustrated when those efforts weren’t reciprocated. I kept thinking that if I just gave more, everything would work out. But I was wrong.

I reached a point where I was completely burnt out-physically, mentally, emotionally. I was giving so much to everyone else, but I was barely holding it together myself. I kept pushing through, hoping things would get better, but deep down, I knew I was losing myself. I wasn’t just burnt out, I was empty. That was the wake up call I couldn’t ignore anymore.

Through that burnout, I realized that transformation didn’t come from simply working harder or hoping things would change on their own. It came from confronting the hard truths, taking radical responsibility, and learning how to trust myself again.

This is why I became a coach because I’ve lived through it. I’ve walked the path of feeling stuck, drained, and disconnected. ​
